A Note About Chair Limitations/Restrictions
While in the Harmonic Egg®, you will be seated in a specially designed reclining chair. There are adjustments that need to be made for clients exceeding 300 pounds. If your weight exceeds 300 pounds, please advise our team before your appointment so that the session alternatives can be discussed.

Important information about your upcoming Harmonic Egg® Session
What To Wear Inside The Harmonic Egg®
Please, refrain from wearing any perfumes or colognes. All jewelry, including crystals, must be removed for the session. Additionally, all cell phones must be turned off and remain outside of the Harmonic Egg®.
You will be asked to remove your shoes before getting into the Harmonic Egg®. If you plan on wearing sandals/flip-flops, please bring a pair of socks with you.
Prior To Your Visit
To optimize your session, please hydrate prior and limit the intake of stimulants such as coffee, tea and nicotine. Additionally, the use of marijuana, alcohol and recreational drugs should be avoided prior to and subsequent your session.
What To Communicate To Us
The Harmonic Egg® utilizes a Zero Gravity chair with a maximum weight capacity of 300lbs. We will need to confirm your weight prior to the session. Should you exceed the weight capacity of the chair, we will be happy to discuss alternative session options with you.
After Your Visit
Please do not schedule any blood work, massage, acupuncture, biofeedback, cranial sacral, EMDR, use of PEMF or any other energy work for 5-7 days after doing a single session. People who perform energy work will be fine doing their work, but do not want to have work done on them.
Should You Plan More Than One Visit?
Everyone is different; thus, the number of sessions is dependent on the individual. Please discuss this with the practitioner after your session. Most people need 3-10 visits to see good results. We do have packages available for purchase. After you achieve the level of wellness you wish to achieve maintenance sessions are recommended.

Frequency varies based on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions initially, then transition to maintenance sessions. During your consultation, we’ll develop a schedule that supports your wellness journey.
Is the Harmonic Egg® claustrophobic?
The Harmonic Egg® chamber is spacious and designed for comfort. The door remains unlocked, and you can exit at any time. Our practitioners will ensure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your session.
No Show & Cancellation Policy
We value your appointments and they are set aside exclusively for you. We understand that changes can occur, so we kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations.
We can only assist one client at a time so when appointments are forgotten or canceled without adequate notice, it prevents from filling that time slot and others from receiving a session. To help with this, appointments are confirmed 24 hours beforehand via text or email. As the service is reserved for you, a cancellation fee for the full amount of the scheduled service will be applied.This policy allows us to have a waitlist to inform those needing urgent sessions that a spot has opened.
